Afternoon shuttle bus services do not stop at Terminal 2. Please note.

Please note some information regarding our shuttle bus below.

1. If the number of passengers reaches the limit, we may ask you to use a taxi or public transportation at your own expense.
2. The maximum baggage you can store on the shuttle bus is one per person as the storage is limited.
3. Storing fragile baggage including musical instruments, surfboards, diving equipment, or bicycles cannot be accepted.
4. We will not be able to compensate any damage that may cause to the baggage.
5. We do not provide welfare vehicles or any assistant services.
6. Time schedule may be delayed due to the traffic conditions.
7. The shuttle bus only rides between the hotel and the airport. So it is impossible to get on, or get off between rides.
8. The shuttle bus may be operated with a temporary vehicle due to maintenance.
9. In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the number of passengers that can get on the shuttle bus is now reduced.
